The HP Compaq Presario CQ71-320SA 17.3" laptop is a very old DDR2 model which came Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit.
Because that laptop is more than 10 years old, HP Compaq probably no longer maintains a support site for it.
What is the exact serial number(S/N) and product number(P/N) on yours?
your not really going to need specific HP drivers, my even >>older<< Acer is running 10 after i finally upgraded it from 7... MS provided all the drivers i needed
As I guessed, HP Compaq no longer has a functioning support site for your Compaq Presario CQ71-320SA laptop.
I just remembered you have another thread on that same laptop which I responded to.
Lookking for 8gb RAM for CQ71 laptop
It would be nice to know which chipset, graphics, audio, ethernet, wireless, etc. devices that laptop has.
That would make it much easier to locate Windows 7 64-bit drivers for them.

There is actually one display adapters missing.
When installing windows 7, i installed an audio driver that i found and i got a black screen. So i uninstalled one of the display adapters thinking it will automatically detect and re install but never happened.
I feel this system lost some of its strength due to one missing but it still does the job.
