How do i get my touchpad working?

    while trying to download the intel packcage lenovo made me put my serial number and i as i was searching for manual updates i found a touchpad driver package but for windows 10

    Do windows 10 drivers work on windows 7?

    And also
    while installing that package for the touchpad i got this error message

    means its the wrong driver.....

    post the ms32info report please

    try this really old driver

    According to post #7, you have THIS Lenovo IdeaPad 320-14IKB Type 80YD Model 002JAX Laptop which was purchased in September 2017 and came with Windows 10 Home 64-bit.

    THIS is the Windows 10 64-bit driver for its touchpad.

    THIS shows there is no Windows 7 64-bit driver listed for its touchpad.

    have a look in bios and see if you can set the touchpad to "basic" or something similar.

    If the others here are unable to resolve your touchpad issue, my advice is to purchase a "plug and play" USB wireless mouse and receiver.

    Personally, I find it quicker and easier to use than a built-in touchpad.
