Windows 7 drivers missing after installation. Trying to get back to 11

Re-doing this with a couple of recaps of previous attempts to fix this laptop and where i am now. I use a Sony Vaio PCG-71F14N I5 (?) that previously used to run Windows 11 (laptops original hardware was Windows 7 Home. I downgraded it to Windows 7 Ultimate using a reinstallation disc.

Using the boot screen method, nothing appeared that matches the previous given screenshot.Tried giving up and just going back to Windows 10 and 11 and both times I got an error saying "Not a valid Win32 application"Tried Usb7ice and did everything I was previously told to do and I cant even delete the ei.cfg file because it won't give me the option.

I don't really care about trying to fix this OS. I'm buying a new laptop of the same model anyway to fix the shell of this and that one will be the one that's going to be running Windows 7. I want this to run Windows 11 again. The "Win32" error is the only issue that I haven't been given an answer to fix.
