HP enjoys this type of situation.  

Not only do they ship O/S Software without NIC Drivers, SM Bus and USB Controllers is another of their favorites.
Any assistance with the missing Controllers indicated in the Attached Snip would be appreciated.

True but unlikely.

I would obtain HP Win7 install media via HP web/Cloud Recovery. it's easier to use HP Win7 install media on HP computers.
then download drivers from HP web/drivers.

HP is my main family in my computers. no Win7 drivers missing so far except AC9560 Win7 driver. HP web had drivers I needed.

I tried Windows Update with no success.

Does your HP have a Renesas USB 3.0 expansion card so it can have more USB ports than what it originally came with?
