W7 Ultimate SP1 - How to find a driver for this Network Controller?

A W7 Samsung laptop on my home LAN has recently begun causing problems. If I download a zipped or rarred file from a website to another computer it'll download the file OK but won't unpack it to that computer.
In the past few years this was never a problem.
After testing and analyzing other elements on the LAN, like switches, cables and cable placement, plugs etc, I've narrowed down the cause to the laptop's network controller driver.
The attached pics show the analysis reports. How do I go about searching for a suitable driver?

The laptop model is Samsung NP300E5A-S07AU running W7 Ultimate. The first thing I tried was the drivers I'd downloaded previously, but for some reason the collection's controller driver no longer works.

    Hi

that card seems to be a one-off
Not the DIRECT answer your looking for, however i did have a problem years ago with a network driver
i actually got round it by installing a slightly different driver from the same manufacturer
Trial and error basis took me a couple of goes to get there

slam into device manager >> MANUALLY update the driver with another option within the Realtek group

note you will get a warning but its informational only
