How to put Radeon R2 graphics drivers on a system with APU E1-6015?

Of course just "download from AMD and install" does not work, otherwise I wouldn't ask!

Hello, I installed Windows 7 64 bit inside a system that was born with Windows 8.1 and that now is with Windows 10 64 bit, too; here [1] some details.
For a few days I tried to install the AMD Radeon graphics drivers for the Radeon R2, I tried the latest Radeon Software [2], and various previous versions [3], including the first one available, Crimson Edition 16.3.2 WHQL from 2016.
Not one works correctly.
Latest version make the system unusable because everything freezes for a moment every 2 seconds, the oldest one does not have this problem, but makes the system slow at booting and using, and the system itself freezes if the Radeon Software program is launched.
I'm not sure if it is correct to say that it freezes with the newest drivers, because I suspect it's just the output that is not shown correctly: in example, the mouse pointer moves as it should, then disappears for a fraction of a second and it reappears exacly where it should stay.
I found that disabling HDCP is reported to fix that problem on other forums; anyway, I can't find the "Override" option in Adrenalin, Settings, Display and the reported registry hack to add RMHdcpKeyglobZero value doesn't seem to work, too.
I've found no solution in the AMD forum, but the problem is known.

How to fix unresponisiveness?
How to access the HDCP option if not showed?
Can it be anything else?
Should I add anything else to the description?
