    Computer shutting down without warning

I recently upgraded to Windows 10(not clean install) and I reformatted by PC after upgrading to Windows 10 and my keyboard won't work even with the drivers installed, I used on-screen keyboard for a while. I didn't like Windows 10 so I downgraded back by Windows 7 installation disc, note I did not have the downgrade option because I reformatted my PC after installing Win 10, I did chose the right one(64 bit). The Windows 7 installation finished and things acted strange. The mouse USB port didn't work, It was placed on the back just so you know. I moved the USB cable to the front and it worked. I downloaded all the drivers and my computer started crashing every now and then. I did not do any windows update even when on windows 10.
My temps are fine and all the fans are seem to be working. Help?

it is possible the non functioning(in windows 7) usb port is a usb3 port which windows 10 does have native drivers for built in, windows 7 does not. you will need to download the driver from the pc/laptop manufacturer or chipset maker.

have a look, if the plastic inside that usb port is blue, its usb3.

I already did that, but how will this procedure make my computer not shut down at random times?

I have same problem with you before.
Install a program to monitor the CPU temperature and watch it to see how hot it gets. After a shutdown check the max temp recorded then reset the min/max. Coretemp, Speed Fan, Open Hardware Monitor, CPUID HWmonitor are a couple examples.

The USB stuff worked now, didn't do anything. But I still wonder why my PC shuts down at random times.
