    Windows 7 internet problem - Realtek driver


    Hi, I have one problem.... Before windows 7 I was using XP, and my internet (ADSL) was great. But when I change my comp. to windows 7, I sow that I HAVE PROBLEM.
    My problem is Lag when I play Wow, CS 1.6...or when I go on browsers.
    Every 8-10 minutes some s.($hi)=()t comes out and I cant play or move anything for 10 secunds, I dk what is it.... My comp dont have any viruses or anything like that... I use 2 firewals and 2 antiviruses...

    I use
    realtek rtl8168b/8111b family pci-e gigabit ethernet nic (NDIS6.0)
    driver...and I think that, that is a reason.... so,...... please help me... how to fix it???

    2 firewalls and 2 anitviruses is over kill and not reccomended. You only need to run 1 of each. It is highly possible you are having conflicts between your anitviruses and them scanning in the background, thus using up recourses and causing lag. Pick one and uninstall the others. then see if your still experinencing the same problem

    Hm, no no no..... I am not using all of them. I scan system with 3 antiviruses.... I only use one now. And I use one firewall, but I had two for test for that internet problem...

    I haven't played WOW; however, I had a similar problem with COD World at War 2. I could not even play at 640x480 without the symptoms you describe. I went into the Advanced Graphics setting in the game and turned off everything except keep aspect ration. Now I am able to play at 1920x1080, the game is smooth and looks great. I hope it works for you as at least a temporary solution.

    Hm.... well, I already do something like that...and it was not it..... I susspected on graphic card...but my GC is really good.... so thats not it... and, other thing is..... The same problem happens in Browsers..... so I think that that is not it.... but, tnx anyway
