Cannot Uninstall USB Audio Filter Driver

I have a Gateway AMD laptop running Win 7 Home Premium and it will not recognize a couple of my USB devices. After doing some research, I read that it can be caused by AMD's USB (Audio) Filter Driver and that I need to disable or uninstall the driver.

The driver does not appear anywhere in the Device Manager; but, I did find it in the C:/Program Files (x86)/AMD folder.

The problem I'm facing is that I cannot uninstall it. If I go to Control Panel and pull up the Programs, it does not appear there.

Can someone please tell me how I can uninstall this driver??

    Thank you,
    Jack

Use Dameware NT Utilities to delete the service(s). Add your machine to the favorite group by entering its machine name or 127.0.0.1 if you don't see it in Workgroup.

Then go to services. Remove service. Check the box to delete the driver as well, while doing so.

Let me know if you need help or how it went.

I downloaded and installed your Dameware NT Utilities. When I open the program, I already see my machine listed under Favorites.

But, when I double-click on Remove Service and click Next, it's asking me for a Network Password. I try entering Administrator & password, and I've tried my login and password ... but it's not taking them. What else should I try?

    Thank you,
    Jack
