    Hi fellow Egyptian .. yes these programs are standard and should be running on most models and specially the toshiba .. try to have a look if they are running or not by typing msconfig >start up and see if they are ticked ..if you not sure just put a tick next to everything to do with toshiba but I am sure that you will see them ....good luck ...

    sorry but how can i know if these two programs are running or not ?????

    aha ,, i followed all what u said but i didn't find these two programs at all and also found that all programs are checked........
    what is the solution please. ????

    Try iinstalling this.

    problem solved :):)


    at last my problem solved. the problem was from toshiba itself i think. the value added package 2009 didn't solve my fn keys problem but i found after that value added package 2010 which supported my problem at last :):)

    Problem Solved


    I had a similar problem and tried all the steps in this post with no success. I finally had success when I tried the steps in this post: Toshiba Qosmio Χ-300 Driver For FN-Key (Windows 7) I hope this works for someone else! Good luck!

    Which MSI to Install
