acutally there are two things in bluetooth driver in the tree of device manager
1- the dongle driver from broadcom
    2- Microsoft bluetooth enumerator

so I made right click on the first one and choose update driver and do the rest of what you have told
me but it says that "Windows determined that the driver is up to date"

then I have uninstalled the driver, restart the machine
and connect the dongle then I couldn't isntall the driver nor update it
now it searching for driver from windows update and there are several
"bluetooth Peripheral Device" are not installed
    * while window update is searching I have tried to update the driver and it says the same thing
"windows determined that driver is up to date"

    so what to do now
I am sorry that I am asking too much but I need to solve it
    thanks

actually there are two bluetooth drivers in the tree of device manager
1- the driver of the dongle which is from broadcom
    2- Microsoft Bluetooth Eumerator

so I choose the first one and click right click on it and update driver and choose our folder then windows said:
" Windows has determined the driver software for your device is up to date".
then I unstalled this driver and make restart, connect dongle
but it said that it doesn't need driver or some thing like that
all buttons in it's properties were disabled and later windows make installation from windows update
while that process I tried to make our step agian and windows said:
" Windows has determined the driver software for your device is up to date".
now it's back like before every thing fine and it's services but sound cuts and stop directly

what we can make for that

    bluetooth headsets!

I have used quite a few different bluetooth headsets but, the best resource I found to get an impartial view on them can be found at http://www.bluetoothheadsetreviewsite.com , they are constantly adding new headset reviews.
