    Bluetooth problem

Put my usb bluetooth dongle in today and I get an error message saying can't install device driver it then asks me to search the net for one which I do but can't find one, in device manager I get bluetooth icon [blutooth radios] CSR Bluetooth Radio and Microsoft bluetooth enumerator.
Then down a bit further i've got [other devices] ! Blutooth Peripheral Device
    driver not loaded etc.
    Never had this before
So I thought i know i'll install Bluesoleil that will sort it but NO! it won't can't even get that to install keep getting Error 183 with that
So I don't know what to do I've tried searching for a fix etc but to no avail, Can anyone help me here please cos i'm a bit bit stumped now.

I've read about this problem somewhere before... I might be wrong but I'm sure its got something to do with modem support. You didn't perhaps remove modem support ?

I get this everyonce in a while with my my dongle for my mouse. what I do is remove the item from the usb port reboot the system and put the dongle back in to the same port I use everytime. Im starting to thing my mobo uses the same IRQ for another device that a certain usb port uses and causes the error to come up.
