Update your drivers with the guide in my sig - especially for the 4850 and also the latest DirectX - use Driver Sweeper and then make sure your case is clean and is not too hot.

Unplug any USB drivers, disable floppy support in the BIOS, and use Malwarebytes to scan your pc for malware after updating - a full system scan. Then try using Driver Sweeper again. If the scan brings something up, scan again in safe mode.
