    F2 F3 F4..... Keys aren't working

I recently got given a Microsoft Wireless MultiMedia Keyboard 1.1 Model: 1014

I plugged it in and went to windows update, it installed the keyboard and all working.

Now i have a program that i want to configure the F1 keys to make them do something in the program, I've done this before on my old keyboard but this time it isn't recognising.... F2 key is recognised as CTRL+Z

I've downloaded the latest 64 bit driver from MS website and its not helped.

    Any ideas?

    Thanks
    Dan

    Hello,

Do I understand correctly that those keys are not detected correctly at all?

    Incorrect.

I can use the F1 keys etc on the internet for "Help" and F5 key for reloading the page etc

It seems to be a issue in the program, but i had it working perfectly fine when i had my other keyboard.

    Ok

I've purchased another keyboard thinking that it was a duff keyboard.

Now, when i go to the same program (Virtual DJ) and configure my F keys to do something again, F2 key is now CTRL+Z so i've not won anything.

Any ideas what most likely caused this?

I'll have a stab and say it could be the program.

I still don't know what is happening.

It doesn't really matter know, i've assigned different keys, but that's a paint in the ass.

I don't think it is a program error. I could use my old PS/2 keyboard and it worked fine, only since i got a wireless keyboard its been playing up.

    Thanks Guys!
