    Problem install Bluetooth driver....


    Guys,i have problem install Bluetooth driver.B4 this,(in XP),i x have any problem install the driver without bluetooth device.but now,it say must enable device to install.can some1 give me advice how to install it successfully without enable device?

    What does it say in device manager?

    And have you got the latest drivers from Acer Support?

    Tanx 4 reply...i'm cannot install it.when i try 2 install,it say enable bluetooth device.in xp,i can install it without device only bluetooth dongle.

    Hi,

    Please note that old version of Bluethooth Dongles are not supported by Windows 7, which XP does. So, you might have the older version of Dongle !!!

    Am not sure about the brand names. However, you can check the instructions in the leaflet or cover of the product if it supports Windows 7. :)
