    After years 197.45 is the latest WHQL NVIDIA driver with support for tons of cards that OEM makers are lazy to update (but you have to use the one from MS Update)

    Delete nv_disp.inf/.cat run setup...if that does not work you may have to rename nv_whql.inf to nv_disp.inf and run the setup (do nor rename nv_whql.cat)
