You have to install the BDA drivers from SkyStar 2 TV PCI - Software 4.5.0 (folder BDA).

    Having the same problem.

I noticed one thing. SkyStar2 wont wont work even on just installed XP if you dont install software application. So only installing driver through device manager wont work.

Tried Skynet and FastSat finder. Only after installing application throught software then it works.

After i installed drivers 4.5.0 i installed application through start.exe. Then everithing work perfectly. So i guess the same problem happens with Windows 7. Its Just windows 7 has the problem with application.

BDA drivers dont work even on XP. So that is not option.

People Enjoy this. I solve our problem. This is a solution from me and denyboy.

so all I did was :

    1. You need 4.3.3 BETA DRIVER !!! Download here : :: - Support for PC SAT Cards // SkyStar2, HDTV, DVB Software
-go to downloads section and then drivers section
    2. Uninstall everything which refers to SS2 (old driver and apps)
    3. Disable Network card to prevent automatic updates to update wrong driver (Maybe unnecessary, but I did it and it works now so..)
    4. Restart PC
    5. There should be unknown device in device manager
    6. Update driver and select location of 4.3.3 BETA driver
    7. Now, after driver installs succesfully, go to 4.3.3 folder and run setup as an administrator, complete this installation.
    8. Restart PC
    9. Install DVB DREAM 1.4i (I havent tested other DVB apps, but this works like a charm)
    10. Enjoy Windows 7

Links not dead, you just need to click on downloads and then on drivers. There will be the driver you need.

And for everyone here : It's all working good on Windows 7 X86, but on windows 7 x64 (build 7000) I cant find a way to make it work. Can someone help me with that?
