Recently i updated my Dell inspiron 1525 to windows 7 64 bit problem is i can't seem to find the latest drivers compatible for this version. can anyone help me regarding this problem?your help would be very much appreciated..
I have a Dell Inspiron 1525 that I upgraded it to Windows 7 32-bit. I was able to get the drivers I needed from Dell`s website by using the service tag number for the laptop. There is a bios update that you will want to get also. Dell - Drivers and Downloads

i bought it second hand at a mom and pop store and it had xp on it
vista driver didnt seem to work
i did clean install of win 7 ultimate
ill read it and try it but the 1545 drivers are still going strong knock on wood

I just installed the 64 bit, dell input driver r244796, on the Dell Inspiron 1525, and the scrolling does work. This should work for 64bit Vista or Windows 7. Here's the link for the download....

I can see that you have upgraded the Operating System to Windows 7 64 bit on your Dell system, Inspiron 1525 and need drivers for the same. I do understand your concern.
I have checked the system specifications and I would like to update that there are drivers available only for Windows XP and Vista. The drivers for Windows 7 are not available on the Dell support website.
