OK this might work found this Vista driver. download the driver> unpack it> and try to run in compatibility mode Vista >simply click on the setup.exe file>properties?compatibility?select Vista/check the box run in compatibility mode? install as administrator. I have scanned this with Avast and it is virus free.Hope that it will work, if not I will keep looking. good luck . Fabe RapidShare: 1-CLICK Web hosting - Easy Filehosting click on free user then wait till the download is ready then click download.

IMHO as cheap as webcams are, I would replace it ... as you have found out, finding drivers from china is a pita... you can get a new webcam for around $15.00... good luck!

I agree with what Tews stated. As finding a driver especially a 64 bit driver for that web cam is futile. You'd be better off buying one that is compatible with windows Seven. Unfortunately you get what you pay for, and their just doesn't seem to be a solution for this web cam. Probably going to see a lot more of this Kind of harware issues with I/O devices from China IMO. I'm guessing those will be the same as thefabe posted, so you might be out of luck.
