Go here and follow the instructions, download and install anything that it finds for your computer.

Run the detection, let it do the Plugin Automatic Install, when it finishes doing the Detection
click the button that says, Download drivers Compatible with this Configuration.

Install everything that it has for you while you are there, it may not fix your camera problem
but it will get you up to date with the rest of your machine, Everything.

Restart your machine after you install Drivers, and your Chipset drivers.

Well on a chinese site it seems it is made by Z-star Microelectronics. Problem is they have a Vista driver, but I can't tell what bit it is 32 or 64 and since you don't have your system specs filled out that makes it even harder. You might want to fill them in I think it could help us. Thanks Fabe. In the mean time I will keep looking for a driver once I know what version of 7 your using. Another problem is having to translate the pages which don't translate very well.
