    No Wireless Printing

Have a Sony Vaio with Windows 7 that I just installed a wireless usb (Sabrent) for wireless internet and printing and I just can't get printing from the Sony nor an HP wireless laptop. I have tryed all methods indicated by the PC and still can not print wireless. No problem with internet, it works fine.
I have an EpsonStylus CX9400Fax Series Printer, and noticed that in one of the settings for installation of the wireless network, it gives me option on the left to choose the company name of the printer which is "Epson" but when I'm going to look for the model it is not listed among all the ones. When I try to continue after manually writing the model, ect. the PC goes to find the driver but cannot find it. The same thing happens with the HP laptop.
Does anybody have the fix for this situation?
The router I am using is an Apple Time Capsule and I have no problem sending wireless printing with the other wireless Macs I have running in the house.
    I would really appreciated.
    Thanks.

Epson Stylus CX9400Fax, Drivers & Downloads - Technical Support - Epson America, Inc.
First option down for the right driver.

I think it isn't detecting it at first because you had no drivers installed for it, so the computer just won't think it will even exist. Once you have the driver up and running there should be no more problems.

Hi nenelaz welcome to the forums.

You may have already tried this but...A lot of wireless printers need to be installed with the USB cable connected. This is to allow your PC/LAPTOP to correctly configure the wireless settings on the printer. Once finished you can then connect wirelessly to the printer. I had the same issue when setting my mates wireless network/printer for him

    Hope it helps :)

    No Wireless Printing

On which computer do I install the Epson drivers, I have an IMac, a Mac Pro Laptop, a desktop Windows 7 PC and two HP (14 and 15) laptops, the first one running Win 7 and the other Vista 64bit. As you can notice, that could get a little confuse. Remember that the Epson Printer is not wireless by itself, because it is connected to the Apple Time Capsule Wireless Router I am able to print from the Apple products but not from the Windows, although getting wireless internet is no problem with either one of them.
Thank You, if you can help.

Hi, sorry for the late reply.

It doesn't matter which computer you initially connect the printer to. It will set up the wireless configuration and the other computers will then be able to connect to it throught the wireless router :)

    No Wireless Printing

I did everything indicated, installed Epson program then the printer usb cable to the PC where I installed the program, the printer works fine from that PC, then disconnected the usb cable and connected it on the wireless Time Capsule, tried printing from the PC and HP laptop and no luck.
I will keep on trying other ways and I like to thank you for your help, at least it
help clear up some doubts on how I was suppose to make the connections.
If you can think of any other configurations I'll welcome it.
    Thanks again....

    Hi,

Once you've installed on 1 machine you need to run any sort of Wireless configuration using the Epsom software. Once done you need to click the Start Menu on another machine and select 'Printers & Devices'

    No Wireless Printing-printer-1.png

    Select 'Add Printer'

    No Wireless Printing-printer-2.png

    Then 'Add Printer on Network/Wireless'

Windows 7 will then start searching for wireless printer in range. If all has been done correctly using any sort of Epsom wireless config software the printer will show up in the list.

       Note
You may need the Epsom install disk to install the printer once you've selected it from the list
