    Gateway lx6810 Drivers help


    Hi i am having problem w windows when i update it to windows 7 32bit
    The tv tuner drivers does not even apear and i dont know what multimedia video controller drivers i need
    I know the tv tuner is
    Avermedia M791

    gateway driver help for w7 does not have the drivers and i been searching on the web for 3 days i have not found anything only that the t.v tuner suppose to be detected automatically w.o prob whit windows 7 but that was not the case.

    please help..

    Hi.
    Try this one - AVerMedia M791 - it says Vista, but try it, and also try in compatibility mode if it doesn't work the first time.

this was a vista64 with a free upgrade to win7-64 from gateway. I believe soundcard is integrated in motherboard (nvidia). Avermedia tuner. I did all driver upgrades and even a bios upgrade for win7 but i have a problem i had even with vista64 but much worse. Their overseas helpdesk wasnt much help...
