Edit - Actually it's the same exact changelog for 6.15, and 6.20, so it's not updated.
They obviously never update the changelog.

What that means is if you try to download it from their website all you will get is the smart installer that requires a web connection to finish the install.You can get the full installer if you want it, 32 bit or 64 bit, on their FTP site.
