    Acer Aspire 5710G - Win7 Pro 32bit - Wifi driver problem

    Hi Guys,

    Please i need your help.

    I have a laptop Acer Aspire 5710G with Win7 Pro 32bit.

When i connect through LAN with Ethernet cable i have Internet access.

When i remove the cable and i try to use the wifi then it can see any available networks.

With my other laptop i can see the available network.

The WiFi is enabled, when i scanned for network errors i m receiving message for drivers issue.

I checked online at Acer's website but for the respective model it doesn't support Win7.

I google to check what's going on and i saw in many websites that owners of the specific model are using Win 7.

Can you please help me to find the correct driver ?

    Thanks in advance.

Hi farao69. Welcome to the forums , You can install the Vista 32bit drivers for your laptop but install them in compatible mode Compatibility Mode many older laptops require this method to install some devices :)

Firstly i would like to thank you for your prompt response.

I installed the drivers as vista 32 through compatibility mode but still nothing.

When i m doing the troubleshooting test it says :
There might be a problem with the driver for the Wireless Network Connection adapter
Windows couldn't automatically bind the IP protocol stack to the network's adapter
