So I go to that page and download the Win XP or Win 7 one? If its XP, do I choose audio driver? Then it has me choose between two drivers.

Whats compatibility mode?
Yes thats one of them I have. Tried to run setup but would not work
right click on the setup.exe file>properties>compatibility> run as xp mode> tick "run as admin"> apply and ok>exit right click on setup .exe file again and run as admin :)
Did that and restarted my computer and still get the red X on the speaker that says no audio output device is installed
