    All USB ports stopped working

Hi guys, after a bit of help because all of my USB ports on my FS Amilo laptop have stopped working after i installed win7.

Immediately after the installation they were ok, but since then they've all stopped working. Any device that is plugged in (Webcam, mouse, USB stick, regular camera) doesn't work, windows simply says 'the device is not recognized'. The error code is 43.

I've tried updating all the drivers, both through windows update and through the manufacturers' websites, but haven't found any updates, and i'm finding it hard to believe it can be the drivers if everything was running smoothly before.

All help would be much appreciated, cheers!

Any particular bits you're after, because as you can imagine, the report is long!

I need to look at it all. Just put the two .htm files in a ZIP and post them here. There's already an option to ZIP them up in the program.

Anyways, reading this article, I determined what should be obvious by now:

    Code 43
Windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems. (Code 43)
    Recommended resolution

One of the drivers controlling the device notified the operating system that the device failed in some manner.

If you have already run the Troubleshooting Wizard, you might want to check the hardware documentation for more information about diagnosing the problem.

I performed an upgrade from Vista over the internet, so have no Win7 disk.

Exactly the same problems regardless of how many of the devices i have plugged in.

Do you mean the hardware documentation for the laptop or for the USB devices?

In addition to that, I'm not sure how it can be a driver issue, because if i uninstall all drivers and let windows find the drivers, it still doesn't work. Added to that, surely some of the devices that i'm talking about, such as USB sticks, never required drivers?
