Hi, I assume you mean from one graphics card with one VGA output?
If you want what's on one screen to be duplicated on the other screen then yes you can if you buy a VGA splitter.
However if you want a second display which your desktop will be extended onto to then the answer is no with just one VGA port.
You can buy USB monitors (I am using one right now) and USB to VGA/DVI adapters; pretty much all of them run on DisplayLink technology. USB monitors and VGA/DVI adapters cannot render 3D graphics efficiently and do not support OpenGL, but can render Movies and Videos just as well as any monitor.
You can browse their range of products at DisplayLink Store .

When you say "2 VGA" what do you mean? Two VGA monitors, two VGA Video outputs or dual video cards?
OK, two video cars from different manufacturers on your windows PC. From what I have read windows 7 will let you do that. I've never done it myself though so all you can do is try. Plug them in, boot up windows, load the drivers and see what happens.
