download the button support on P1, the common module on P2 Laptop Support homepage - Toshiba see if those help , again they are for XP :)

Tried everything you suggested. I managed to install both of them. I still can't use the buttons! Should I have done anything after i installed button support? I am SO frustrated! Do you (or anyone else) have any other suggestions please?

hi15038211, its just a matter of keeping on installing all that toshiba have to offer on their pages, Hardware setup P3,pc diags tool P4, Utilities P5 any of these may solve the problem :)
