Unzip the folder, then run the EXE in compatibility mode.

that makes it a bit more difficult , right click on the .inf file and select install reboot the pc go to control panel > add hardware>select from list and choose the modem that should load the modem information into device manager, if it has then right click on it and select update driver

Not sure wether you will have to take ownership of the file and full administrator rights for this to work

    Hey,
I've been trying to find a driver for Motorola SB5101 cable modem USB driver for Windows 7 x64 for couple months and no luck after all.
The reason that I want to connect the modem trough USB is to connect xbox360 to pc trough ethernet cable ( i dont have any router here ).
Maybe someone know where to find a driver for W7 x64?
    Thanks in advance. !
For Kirill & All of reders,

I know, it's a long time thread, but I have solved about this problem. I think it will be usefull:
No need 64bit driver at all! only just quitely simple step,
replace your USB cable with LAN cable that included on the box of your modem. And than connect your modem and your PC via ethernet plug. And than you just go call your provider to activate or refress your new IP address. The refreshing step may takes 5-10 minutes. Good luck!....

    Sorry about my English....
