Msi eclipse BIOS setting suggestions


Can any suggest very best BIOS setting for MSI ECLIPSE Mother board

Actually i reset my setting and system is working on default setting.some time system hangs.i think its not properly bios setting.

Hope any1 help me

Setting up raid 0 on my system (need suggestions)
My system now has one HDD and one SSD. I have found a good price finally on an identical HDD. I have my OS installed on my SSD. Is it possible to simply backup my data from my HDD. Install the new HDD. Set these two drives to raid 0. Restore the data. Any suggestion, Marshall Moore
