    X-Meridian Drivers

I have the sound card driver installed properly, although, the OxygenHD control panel will not work. This control panel is responsible for getting the 5.1 sound out of my Optical and the EQ for the sound card.

When I start it, it just freezes my computer and I have to hit the reset button. Is there a way that I can run this control panel in compatibility mode?

Current Auzentech drivers aren't 100% compatible with Seven.

Did you try installing the drivers with compatibility mode? Does the OxygenHD have an .exe in the system, system32 or SYSWOW64 folder?

I couldn't find any EXE's in the directories you mentioned, it's referenced by a .cpl file. Which is odd, because it has a tray icon as well.

the .cpl would be the control panel item. The .exe may have a slightly different name. However I'm not sure if running the .exe in compat mode would help.

With my x-plosion I had to install the drivers under Vista compatibility because the trouble shoot compatibility mode defaults to XP and that doesn't work for my card.
