    nVidia GeForce 9800M GT

Hello there, i've been havin problems for the past 2 days regarding Windows 7 64 bit; first i installed the 32 bit version, as my Alienware m15x came with a Vista Ultimate 32 bit version, but Windows Update on Win7 made me get blue screen because of unknown issues, so i thought the 64 bit version of Win7 would help me.. but it didnt.

So, i became desperate and managed to find that in Device Manager, my nVidia GeForce 9800M GT driver was with a little yellow attention icon, so i clicked it and it turns out that "Windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems. (Code 43)"

So i was lookin everywhere, on different forums and i couldnt find a solution.. My graphics on Vista were lovely and i could get Aero up and running, but now everything seems laggy graphic-wise.. i went to the Alienware support page (My Hive) but there are very few drivers there and none of them were for my nVidia card... Even on the nVidia website, i let their software scan my computer for Graphic Drivers so i installed the one they recommended, and hoped it would work after the reboot.. but it didnt.

So im helpless, and i come to you guys with hope that you could help me.

Thank you for readin my wall of text and i hope you have an answer for me. :)

PD (if u need to control my computer [Via TeamViewer software which i trust] u may, because if that's what it takes, im down for it)

    Welcome to SF!

Try selecting Troubleshoot problems with device in Device Manager for your card.

I don't have any devices with errors to test with, but I'm guessing if you right-click on the card and select Properties, the option will be in the General tab.

There's nothing there called Troubleshooting or anything related to it.
I found on another thread that some of u asked for Hardware Ids for the card:

    PCI\VEN_10DE&DEV_060B&SUBSYS_0770152D&REV_A2
    PCI\VEN_10DE&DEV_060B&SUBSYS_0770152D
