Sorry i was unavailable when you posted its47 , you're query was answered by PooManUK , This is a world wide forum with members living in different time zones ,there will always some forum member to answer your questions

That is because you have selected multiple drivers to download in one go (see pic Red). When selecting multiple drivers Dell force you to use their "Download Manager but if you select the drivers you require one at a time (see pic Green) you will get the option to download via your "Browser"

its47 , did you receive the inspiron utilities disc when you received the laptop , if so the webcam drivers will be on that disc , i searched Dell's site and could not find the driver, is the webcam recognised in device manager ?
