That is because you have selected multiple drivers to download in one go (see pic Red). When selecting multiple drivers Dell force you to use their "Download Manager but if you select the drivers you require one at a time (see pic Green) you will get the option to download via your "Browser"
Hope this helps a bit
ok thx a lot.... i finally downloaded the drivers but haven't find web cam drivers yet... thr is no drivers of it
its47 , did you receive the inspiron utilities disc when you received the laptop , if so the webcam drivers will be on that disc , i searched Dell's site and could not find the driver, is the webcam recognised in device manager ?
I don't have an Inspiron 1464 laptop but I do have a DELL Alienware M17x laptop with a built in webcam, there were no drivers for the webcam in my laptop but there is software from Creative who builds it which supplies a built in driver when you start the software, it may be the software provided on your DVD that should be labeled Already Installed on your PC or something similar to that.
Believe it is Webcam Center 2.0 developed by Creative and branded by DELL if you don't have that it can be downloaded at http://www.giveawayoftheday.com/soft/7703/
