OK I just downloaded the file to my desktop in zip form from the global link provided above. right clicked on the file and selected extract all. It placed the file on my desktop but it wouldn't open it. I had to go to the destination file to open it. Try this one MEGAUPLOAD - The leading online storage and file delivery service It's a Vista 64 bit I couldn't find the 7 64 so you will need to install in compatibility mode Compatibility Mode will need to enter the captcha on the right top, You might also need to create an account on mega upload I'm not certain.
