Asus WiFi-G drivers.

    Asus WiFi-G drivers.


    So i have a WiFi-G card from asus. i have the CD and installed it but it says the card is not on the board. i have installed it also in windows XP mode, i know it's not the card because it works in my media center PC it's only with windows 7 that it dose not work. ive installed the drivers to run under windows XP compatibility mode and nothing. here is a picture of what it looks like.

    You may have to go into the Dell Bios and enable something. Dell is notoroius for this. My Experience!!!

    Asus wifi adapter


    Im having the same thing. I installed now Win7 x86 and doesnt detect the wifi adapter. I have an ASUS P5AD2-E Premium mothermother with wifi-g onboard wireless lan adapter. The drivers from cd instalation wont run on this OS...
    Can anyone help me out?!

    Hi MadKat,welcome to the forums, if the drivers on the cd are for vista they should run on win7 try installing the drivers in compatibility mode Compatibility Mode hope this helps

    The cd only works for 2K/XP... I had also a problem with the audio but i read in other forum how to solve that and it worked. But for this i dont know what to do.

    madkat have you tried those drivers in compat mode? have a look here to see if your wifi is listed ASUSTeK Computer Inc.-Support- if it isnt tell me the its name/number and i will try to find a driver

    Like you said i've searched there and many other places to get the drivers for vista.

    But the funny thing is i have an usb wi-fi adaptor and i tried to install it and when it connected to the internet, win update found by itself the right driver for the asus wi-fi adaptor.

    Really cool i have to say! So its solved and running perfectly!

    Thank you so much for your help! Now i know where to ask for something! Really helps this forum!

    Hi there, I've also been solving this issue... vista driver for model ASUS WL-107g worked for me, you can find it here ASUSTeK Computer Inc.-Support-
