I still can't understand why you would use a RAID configuration for a single drive, but since you seem to finally have the drivers in place...

When a RAID array is set up, normally the first thing the controller does is to initialize the drive to prepare it for RAID operation. At the very least, it usually repartitions the drive so that you can then manually format it in its RAID configuration.

The bottom line is that you may not be able to recover your data. I really hope that you can, but...

Hi, as far as i can tell i have an amd 780g chipset (intergrated with the motherboard ,the hd3200 package) The problem im having is my pc wont recognize my sata ide controller and uses "Standard Dual Channel PCI IDE Controller" Can anyone point me in the direction for the drivers?
