    Hi drak and welcome

All four of those (3 warnings and one error) refer to your AVG, and SuperAntiSpyware programs.

They are only warning you of the performance decrease.

If I were you I would remove both and replace them with Microsoft Security Essentials. It has a much smaller resource footprint and will therefore load more quickly.

Let us know if you need assistance with this.

    Hi Drak again
Re AVG - I suggest you refer this link
AVG Antivirus and Security Software - Tools download
Make sure you choose the appropriate uninstall tool. Reboot at the end as well as during the procedure if asked to do so.

Re SAS - Refer instructions here - SUPERAntiSpyware.com - Frequently Asked Questions
    Reboot on completion.

Let us know if you need further assistance with this.
