    Hi Sarajevo,

I'm not familiar with the pdf2xls program. But here's a few ideas.
    * If you uninstall it does the issue continue with the other printer? If so, it's unlikely (but not guaranteed )that the pdf2xls program is your issue.
    * Perhaps pdf2xls does not have permission to write to %systemroot%\system32\spool folder
    * try to uninstall it and re-install it with as an elevated Administrator prompt by right clicking on the file and selecting RUN AS ADMINISTRATOR, and run it in XP Sp3 compatibility mode. (i.e. set them both up and run).
    * Once you've completed the point above, do the same to the pdf2xls.exe before you run the program.

    -Timo

PS: If there are any unprinted files stuck in the spooler that you can't remove, run the attached batch file as an elevated administrator to remove the stuck files.

    Hi Timo,

well i am quite sure that pdf2xls is a probably cause every time when i use pdf2xls printer the spooler stops. if i use shared printer for printing everything its ok. The thing is that i need that pdf2xls. Also i saw somewhere on internet that porblem might be older version of DEVMODE structure. I not familiar with that. Do you have any ideas? Tnx a lot :)

Reinstall and run per the steps above and lets take it from there (i.e. admin + XP compatibility). :)
