windows 7 Magic mouse Driver won't install correctly

Okies this is driving me nutty, I got a triple boot system, (OSx86, Ubuntu, Windows 7) Well on windows 7 even though the install program (extracted from the newest 32-bit bootcamp update) says it installed correctly when I attach the mouse it is detected as an HID mouse. I tried to change the driver, but I cannot find the driver installed on the system. the only one I can find under apple is the mighty mouse (which is a microsoft driver) and doesn't support any of the features. if I go to the install folder and use the inf file

It gives me an error message that the folder I specified does not contain a compatible driver for my device. Make sure that it is a valid win32 driver.
however it seems like no matter how much I browse I cannot find the applewirelessmouse driver anywhere. not even under apple when you specify your own driver.

Anyone else run into these problems it seems like alot of people have the scrolling working in windows 7 man I dun care about advanced features I just wanna scroll. Since when I'm operating on battery I like to use win 7 cause it gives me better battery life. (I can use SHE (Super Hybrid Engine) and dynamically change the fsb to a lower value) which uses less power.
    Help

The driver didn't work and that was not clearly spelled out in all of my searches, unless you have a compatible bluetooth stack installed. As for the magic mouse for windows 7 you need to have the default microsoft bluetooth stack installed vista and xp you better pray that your bluetooth radio is compatible with the apple driver stack or you might just be Up S*** creek.
This is why the apple wireless mouse refused to install, at least for me. I after so many other tries I figured that maybe the thing would need the apple bluetooth stack, but then I read the apple blutooth inf inside the bootcamp 3.1 update and I realized that for windows 7 it doesn't need a driver (why because the microsoft stack is compatible with all their radios).
    Problem solved

    A. revert your bluetooth stack to microsoft default one in win 7
    B. install the Apple wireless software the link from the other reply here will guide you there.
    C. If your running xp or vista chances are if it's not working chances are that you can solve that by installing the apple bluetooth update (if you can't find it seperatly extract is out of the bootcamp 3.1 update (7-zip works but you got to extract several times)
    Good luck
