Black screen after "starting windows" sometimes

Approx. 1 in 3 startups my computer shows a black screen after the "Starting Windows" screen.

I enable boot logging and it seems the problem is a driver called "ladfDHP2amd64.sys".

When my system doesnt start up and shows a black screen, the last driver to be loaded is the "usbaudio.sys", and when it starts up fine, "ladfDHP2amd64.sys" is loaded just after the "usbaudio.sys".

As far as I can see itts related to my Logitech G35 headset, but the drivers are up to date. Ive had this headset on another machine running Windows 7 without problems, and Ive even tried a fresh install on this machine, but the problem persists.

    Any suggestions?

    Try here:
    Blue screen in windows7 64bit

    and here some infos:
    http://www.bestregistryscanner.net/d...md64.sys-error

Will uninstall all the G35 logitech software then delete that driver, do a good clean & Av scan, before reinstall the driver.
