    Grab this,

CPUID - System & hardware benchmark, monitoring, reporting

and check what it shows for the motherboard on the Motherboard tab. I have a feeling the board is an OEM version of an oold PC Chips socket A board, of which there are two listed on the PC Chips site,

    http://www.pcchips.com.tw/PCCWebSite...uID=50&LanID=2

    http://www.pcchips.com.tw/PCCWebSite...uID=50&LanID=2

The first has Realtek ethernet on it, and the second has a Via chip on it.. If it is either of those you can get the driver directly from Realtek or Via.

The packard bell website has a link for legacy products. I went through that and found this ftp site with all drivers.

    ftp://ftp.download.packardbell.com/DESKTOP/

There are 3 directories for imedia.
