My motherboard is made by Intel for sure. I opened my computer and by using flashlight i found Intel markings on my motherboard, by the way, even if my sound card is integrated, one program helped me to detect it anyway:

It says driver is detected and loaded!

All you have to do is;
right click on the white speaker symbol at the bottom right of your Win 7 screen > click 'playback devices' > click on 'Realtec digital output' (or whatever you connected your speaker audio wires to) > 'set default' > OK

You should now hear sound.

After i clicked on "Playback devices" it led me to "No audio devices are installed" .

If it is an actual "made by Intel' board it is entirely possible that it ha the Soundmax audio on it and not the Realtek. Seeing as software doesn't want to identify the actual make and model (just the chipset, which doesn't help at all), time to crack open the case (with the computer turned off) and see what is printed on the motherboard. Somewhere on it will be stamped the manufacturer's name and the actual model number, usually somewhere near the CPU socket or in amongst the PCI slots.

Un_educated guess - without any pc specs

Try here and look for 'C-media' audio for your motherboard

I give up, i'm absolutely sure windows 7 simply doesn't detect integrated sound card. Seems i've wasted big bunch of money

All depends on which audio chip is on the board as to whether Windows will recognize it and work with the default Microsoft driver. Have a look here,

AC'97 - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

some of them aren't around anymore, but you still need to know which one of them (about half of that list is audio chips) so you can install the proper driver.
