OK... spoke too quickly. It's great... but when I get my gadgets back onto the desktop, they are all frozen. The clock, slideshow, news headlines, everything is frozen... Thanks so much for getting to it so fast, but it doesn't work as I had to unload and then reload all of the gadgets so they would run again.... Any ideas?

Oooh, didn't expect that to happen...I oughta test more than I do. XD

I'll see what I can do, but I think it might be easy. Delete the program for now and I'll see what I can do about it. :)

    And new program posted! Hehehe.

As said, I will get back to fixing that gadget freeze problem.

EDIT: bug problem has been fixed. New hotkey added to reload the gadgets. I'm just wondering why these programs work on my computer but not others..:3

You should be proud of the system transparency, excellent job! I have this in XP but it cost me $19.95 for AlphaXP. One addition it has is tooltips. Thanks
Save settings and load at startup minimized would be nice options

I just closed it out, taskbar and start menu retain transparency. Context menus seem fine

Thank you! And thanks for telling me that program, now I have something to work up to.

I don't think ToolTips should be hard, I'll get onto that tomorrow (school's closed up due to massive amounts of snow)

I also have a script that a friend (awesome coder) made that contains some code for saving to an .ini file. I might snag some of that (with his permission) and implement it here. :)

I'm also gonna put in a thing for both transparency programs to turn off transparency on exit. Adding this to my notes...

    Thanks again!

I can only imagine about the snow. Down here, last Friday we had about 3 inches and you'd thought it was a holiday, lol. Everything shutdown. Right now it's snowing hard again. Appreciate the work you're doing on such a cool factor project. I wish you well.

No problem! This originally got started because I was really bored (lol, had a 7 day weekend due to the last snowstorm that came in, now to tack on another day to that.), and it just....kinda took off, I guess. I find it enjoyable to put something together and see it works perfectly, and then the feedback I get from people in this forum. :)

That's what it's all about. By the way, literally just added an updated copy of System Transparency, so try that one out.
