Win 7 and Cougar drivers

Does anyone here have any idea what could be wrong with my system(win7x64) that would keep it from letting me install drivers for my Cougar Hotas?Other people keep telling the drivers work fine on thire systems...

Are the drivers compatible with 64bit?

No error message just wont install correctly..
