Red Alert 3 Maps

I just installed Red Alert 3 Uprising and I'm trying to figure out where to put the files for additional multiplayer maps. I have tried several locations and none have taken. Any ideas?

Windows 7 Build 7100

This is where mine are stored for RA3. Usually maps come with the directory contained in the zip or rar. Just extract that directory to C:\Users\<your user name>\AppData\Roaming\Red Alert 3\Maps

Probably a similar directory for Uprising.

The installation simply stops apparently before the download is completed. Only references I can find talk about .NET Framework and WIC, but in the context of XP. Aren't those those things included in Windows 7 Ultimate?
