Blurry Textures?

Are these textures blurry? I'm talking about the landscape.
Or I'm I just imagining it? Please compare to your own Starcraft or something!
Running everything on ultra 1980x1080.

Changing Textures?
Hi. Does anyone know how to change the textures; such as the texture on the Start Menu, Taskbar, etc. I would imagine that it's located in explorer.exe somewhere? But I don't know where.
