Oblivion crashes after oblivion fully loads

Hello everyone. I have been playing this game for a week now and it was running perfectly. Now, when I load up the game, I get to the oblivion logo and when it fully loads, it crashes and I get to my desktop where there is the lovely "oblivion has stopped working" box. I had this problem before, along with a rundll32 problem, but I did a fresh install and now this problem is back, but without the rundll32 problem. This is beginning to frustrate me as the install is only a week old. I meant to upgrade my computer, not downgrade.
    Any suggestions?
    Thanks!

Are you running any mods? Conflicting, misconfigured or mods loading in the wrong order can often produce the same results.

Double check your Load orders for official mods.
Although rare, occasionally, the launcher may actually disable the main Oblivion.esm. Just double check they are indee all checked as they should be.

    Also, Have you tried:

Browsing to: Documents / My Games / Oblivion

    Delete the Oblivion.ini file.
Restart the game and reset all the Video options from the launcher.

Ok, I did those things, but when I go to the oblivion launcher, then data files, knights and shivering isles say the master file required is oblivion, and I checked it. Now I'm having a rundll32 problem again, and I thing RTW might've caused it, but I exhibited oblivion problems before I installed rtw.

No. I overclocked my processor, but I set my PCI express frequency to 100 MHz, as it should be. Ram isn't overclocked either
