    Gameguard N Win7

Hey. im gonna test out if gameguard has made the gameguarded games compatible for win 7.
    ill update results soon.
    1.Manga Fighter-Not Working
    2.9Dragons-Not Working
    3.Project Torque-Works with no problems.
4.Drift City-Not Working (same with halaster solution)
PS: these are gameguarded games that i got on xp and going to have on win7,those are not ALL gameguarded games aviable.
    Reasons:
1.Windows crashes with memory dump error.
2.Windows crashes with memory dump error.
    3.?
4.Gameguard errorcode 0 (halaster solution gives memory dump error and windows crash)
PS:all NON-Gameguarded games i've tried on 7 will work. but these are ones i tried, not all.

All games working and tried by others:
    LastChaosUSA
    12Sky2
    Shaya

Solution to all problems by halaster:
    1. Install whatever game you want.
    2. Install the game Crossfire.
    3. Delete the GameGuard.des file NOT FOLDER from your game which is not working properly.
    4. Replace it with the GameGuard.des file NOT FOLDER installed with Crossfire.
    5. Run your game and it should work fine.
    6. Remove Crossfire if you do not want it wasting space
    Thankyou verymuch halaster!

I will probably be trying several more of their Betas, as I signed up for closed Beta invites, and got into the 12Sky2 soon enough. I'll try to keep this updated, but I have also been listing them in the Win7 Game compatibility list (I did not make a subheading for Aeria games yet but will do so on my next edit of that list - it's only been 2 months since I last touched it I think.....

I've gotten Drift City running on my Win7 RC1 x64 build, but its a little tricky... Timing is everything. You'll need the updated GameGuard.des file dated 5-7-09 (hint: google rappelz windows 7 fix) and you have to copy it to the Drift City folder AFTER the update to GameGuard happens, but before the game actually starts. You have about 3 seconds to do it.... The game starts and runs just fine. You'll have to do this every time you want to play because the update overwrites the newer file every time.
