    If the above all doesn't work, then its the fault of bad optimization.

    Ubisoft just ripped it from consoles without any optimizing.
    If you search on google, you will see articles everywhere.

    My friend has a self-build gamer PC, it can run any game from 2010, like Crysis, on highest settings at 70FPS, but Splinter Cell Conviction will hardly run 25fps on lowest settings possible.

    lowerin res ddnt work ..... ubisoft really sucks my friend has a core2due pc and it works smoothly ... my pc is really bettr and its still laging lol
