    Just Copy directX9 folder to BASE Installation Folder & Rename it dx9
    begin Setup Bully & Enjoy it...

    Dude... 1. Download DirectX 9.0c (Jun 10) - FileHippo.com download tha damned directx 9...
    2. after installing store it in a folder with da name "dx9" without the quotes.
    3. put it in the bully folder and keep the other file safely somewhere...
    4. start the setup... <------- Thats wrong and thats what all others tell... run it with administrator you genius! XD
    i dont even believe i was a idiot enough to figure it out in 4 hours... :'(
